How to Place Feng Shui Ornaments
You don't need to be an expert. A few simple placements are enough to feel the difference.
The Pixiu β face it outward
The Pixiu is a wealth guardian said to draw fortune in and never let it leave. Place it in the living room or office with its head turned toward the entrance β as if welcoming what comes through the door. Avoid pointing it at a bed or bathroom.
The Laughing Buddha β keep it visible and happy
The Laughing Buddha is the easiest piece to place: anywhere you'll see it often β a shelf, a desk, even a car dashboard. His job is simply to remind you to smile. Higher is better than low; a cluttered corner is worse than a plain one.
Balance, not clutter
Feng shui is really about flow. One or two meaningful pieces per room beats a shelf crowded with objects. Let each ornament breathe, and the room will too.
